Why we do this

Taiwan has more than 1.5 million small and medium-sized businesses, and each one has its own industry know-how. But that knowledge is scattered — in the heads of veteran craftsmen, in LINE groups, in Excel sheets.

We walked around the industrial zone in Pingtung and kept finding the same thing: when a key employee leaves, twenty years of experience leaves too. Companies buy all kinds of AI tools, but have to explain the business all over again every time. The AI doesn't remember who you are.

So we built ENSCON AI. The ENSCON AI agent core remembers your company's data, customer relationships, technical details and pricing, and uses them to get the work done itself. It doesn't just remember — it reasons, analyses and suggests what to do next.

A website is just what it happens to be doing today; behind it is a whole AI agent core that keeps the work moving.

What we believe

AI isn't a gimmick

We aren't a company that uses "AI" as a sales line. AI is our core technology — understanding the request, breaking down the tasks, producing the work and checking its quality are all done by AI.

Every website is generated by AI for that client, not a template. From your brand story, your industry and your customers, the AI creates a design that's yours alone — together with an AI chatbot, SEO and analytics. Not just a storefront, but a complete set of digital tools.

Milestones

1. 2022Company founded — 來電司康股份有限公司 (ENSCON Co., Ltd.) is established in Taipei in November 2022, with a Taipei office.
2. 2025Becomes ENSCON AI — the company shifts from building websites to AI colleagues that do the work for businesses.
3. 2026 Q1Takes off — LINE AI customer service, meeting minutes, websites and ERP renewal launch together, growing across clients and industries.
4. 2026 Q1First clients — an industrial park manufacturers' association becomes our first partner, and we start serving real small and medium-sized businesses.
5. 2026 Q1AI customer service goes live — the website version of our AI customer service is finished: an AI assistant on the site that answers from the brand's knowledge base (today our main product is LINE AI Customer Service).
6. 2026 Q2Still improving — multiple languages and LINE integration. The system gets better every day.
