Terms of service
This is an English translation of our Chinese policy for convenience. If the two versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.
Welcome to ENSCON AI ("the Service"). Please read these terms before using the Service. By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them.
1. The Service
ENSCON provides AI-driven website building services, including but not limited to:
- Professional websites generated automatically by AI
- A content management system (CMS)
- Website hosting and maintenance
- AI layout adjustment
- Domain connection
2. Accounts and security
- You must register with a real, valid email address.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and may not let third parties use your account.
- If you find your account has been used without authorisation, notify us immediately.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts when we find violations.
3. Plans and payment
3.1 Plan types
- Free plan: try the demo and save website drafts; sites carry an ENSCON watermark.
- Paid plans (Light / Standard / Flagship): full features, no watermark, including CMS editing and custom pages.
3.2 Billing
- Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly.
- Yearly plans are discounted and paid a full year in advance.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before then.
3.3 Price changes
We reserve the right to change plan prices. Changes take effect from the next billing period, with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are not affected within the current period.
3.4 Refunds
7-day no-questions-asked refund. Within 7 days of your first paid subscription, you can ask for a full refund if you're not satisfied. After 7 days, fees already paid are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and the service continues until the end of the current period.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Build websites with illegal, pornographic, hateful, fraudulent or infringing content
- Use the Service to send spam or carry out network attacks
- Try to break into, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Violate the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) or international regulations
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service
Violating these rules may lead to your account being suspended or permanently disabled, without a refund of fees already paid.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 Your content
The intellectual property in the website content you create with the Service (text, images, brand information and so on) belongs to you.
5.2 ENSCON's service
The intellectual property in the Service's code, design system, AI models and logos belongs to ENSCON. While your subscription is active, you may use these tools to build and manage your website.
5.3 AI-generated content
Once you publish them on your website, you have the right to use the website designs, copy and layouts generated by AI. Because of the nature of AI generation, however, we do not guarantee that this content is unique or non-infringing.
6. Availability
- We aim for 99.9% availability but do not guarantee it absolutely.
- Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.
- Downtime caused by force majeure (natural disasters, network attacks, outages of third-party services) is outside our responsibility.
7. Backups
- We back up your website data automatically every day.
- To restore, contact our technical support.
- We recommend that you also back up important content yourself regularly.
8. Ending the service
8.1 If you cancel
- You can cancel at any time; the service continues until the end of the current period.
- After you cancel, your website data is kept for 90 days, during which you can subscribe again to restore it.
- After 90 days the data is permanently deleted.
8.2 If we end the service
We may end your service if:
- You violate the acceptable-use rules in these terms
- Payments fail repeatedly and are not resolved
- The account is unused for a long time (no login for more than 12 months)
Before ending the service, we will give reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee the Service will be completely error-free or uninterrupted
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content
- We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Service
- Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months
10. Disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
- Both parties will first try to settle disputes through friendly negotiation.
- If negotiation fails, the Taiwan Pingtung District Court is the court of first instance.
11. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to change these terms. Significant changes will be announced 30 days in advance by email or a notice on the website. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the changed terms.
