Nothing. We'll ask for what we need during the conversation. If you already have a logo, product information or documents, even better — the agent core reads them in as knowledge it keeps — but it isn't required.

During setup we read your products, price lists, existing documents and past conversations into the agent core as knowledge it keeps. After that, you can send it one line in a messaging app and it knows which customer or which quote you mean — no need to explain the background every time.

Yes. This website and the articles on it (in Chinese) were made by the AI agent core itself — what you're looking at is the result.

Our service is in Traditional Chinese. We communicate over LINE, and you work with a real business consultant.

Custom AI customer service, websites and systems are quoted after we understand your needs — we don't publish fixed prices. If you'd rather try it yourself first, our self-serve LINE customer service is free for 14 days, then NT$990/month (tax included). If you stop paying the service fee, the knowledge assets already built stay yours and you can take them with you. The actual amount depends on the scope — contact us and we'll talk it through.

No. The quote is the full price, including design, development, copywriting, deployment and basic SEO. The only extra costs are the domain name and hosting (you can also use your own), and we explain every item.

After delivery we provide basic maintenance. If it's a code problem, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Yes. After launch you can add features at any time: online booking, forms, newsletter sign-up, multiple languages and more. Because the work is done by AI, adding features costs far less than traditional development.

We help deploy it to reliable cloud hosting. You can let us manage it (less to worry about) or deploy it to your own server (full control). We can also register the domain for you or walk you through it.
